Conventional segmentation and visualization with Dragonfly

Excercise 1 will be a practical guide to segmentation using the Dragonfly software. The practical will be performed using cloud-based Dragonfly, requiring each user to bring a PC and connect to internet using wifi, preferably by eduroam. 

This session involves segmenting a walnut using manual tools, followed by making a 3D visualization of the inner "flesh"of the walnut with the walnut shell cropped and/or made transparent (approx 1 - 1.5 hrs)
